In May 2008 we took our first offical trip as husband and wife to Chattanooga, Tennessee. The mountains on the way up were so beautiful and peaceful. We spent three nights there exploring the city as this was Christa's first visit to Chattanooga. We took a walk along the Tennessee River, went down in the caves of Raccoon Mountain and Ruby Falls. The falls were so beautiful.
We rode the Incline down the mountain and then back up and took a stroll through Rock City Gardens.......Christa's favorite. We visited Point Park (a part of the Lookout Mountain Battleground from the Civil War). It sits on top of Lookout Mountain with awesome views of Chattanooga and the Tennessee River!
This was definitely a wonderful weekend trip!
